Yoga Advocate

Great DVD, Yoga with a Twist!
What a surprising deviation from most yoga tutorials. Even the soundtrack is a nice break from the norm (Spanish guitar). I started out with the hilariously over-the-top Yoga Advocate ebook before discovering the DVD. The DVD does not have the gag cartoons of the ebook or all of the funny tangents, but it's nice to see the computer graphics in action and there are moments in the DVD not represented in the ebook (duct tape man, for example).

Pros
-Funny, quirky, and original in its presentation.
-Excellent computer animation (surprising to see in a yoga tutorial).
-The chapter selection feature makes it easy to navigate through the poses.
-Loved the soundtrack Latin Your Hair Down (the end credits song is lol funny).
-Great companion to the book.

Cons
-Would have liked some bonus...

Awesome!
A friend of mine actually recommended this book after he had read it. I decided to give it a shot since he liked it so much and I'm kind of a fitness fanatic! I must say I started and finished reading it the same day. Great book packed with a lot of information. It's not your boring old yoga book it is pretty entertaining. I definitely recommend it to everyone that comes across this, it is totally worth it!
